Edge Banding, or edgebanding, is the name of both a process and an associated narrow strip of material used to create durable and aesthetically pleasing trim edges during finish carpentry.
Installation Method:
To equip with an iron, a trimmer, roller, shear, and sand paper .
Second to iron the edge banding onto the edges of the plywood at certain temperature then to press the surface of edge banding evenly with the roller;
Third to trim the edges carefully,and finally sanding if necessary. However, the installation method for U shaped edge banding is just to mix the opening side to the plywood edges can be perfectly matched.
